Sold “As Is” Policy

All of the items on our website are sold “as is” with no warranty or liability. Encore MPW expressly disclaims liability for loss or damage to any individual, vehicle or auto part after purchase.

Shipping Policy

All of our items are securely packaged with care. Most of our items are shipped via US Mail. Larger items are usually shipping via UPS or with our freight carrier.

Damaged Merchandise Policy

All orders are shipped with full insurance coverage through the carrier. EncoreMPW will be held harmless from any damage caused during delivery.  If the box is crushed or torn please take a picture of the unopened damaged box and inspect your item(s).  Contact the carrier immediately to start a claim in the event that this should happen.  Rest assured, we will make every effort to aid in resolving the situation.  Final decisions on coverage & reimbursements are solely up to the carrier.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 20% cancellation fee for all orders that are cancelled by anyone other than Encore MPW.

Return Policy

All sales are final; no refunds or returns are accepted.

Exchange Policy

All sales are final. If by mistake you ordered the wrong item and you would like to exchange it for the correct item, please contact us to arrange the exchange. There will be a 20% restocking fee for the exchanged item and our customers are responsible for all related shipping expenses. The exchanged item must be in its original condition and uninstalled (when applicable). While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected by Encore MPW will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold or disclosed to third parties.
